I've
dreamt about a spaniel since childhood. It turned
out that my first dog was a charming mongrel, which
looked like a husky.
Only in 1986 my dream came true - my husband presented
me
a red bitch of English Cocker. Her name was Ouk
Blanka, she was Moposson Berrous and Jessica's
daughter.
Blanka was charming
and funny, but she stayed with us only for a year.
She protested against being alone even for a minute
and after she had chewed and broken everything
at home, we gave her to another family, where
someone was always staying with her. We're still
friends with this family, though Blanka is not
with us anymore.

After
a year of living without a dog we understood, that
it was impossible for us and in August 1988 we took
Aivy Nancy (Jesusson Sherif x
Laky Snuky).
Nancy was a very serious dog, we could say with
no sense of humor.
She behaved like true lady and was worthy of respect.
There
were not many dog-shows in those times in Russia
, but one of them became decisive for our kennel.
The
judge was an expert from France - Catherine Jacquier-Graveleau
(kennel Vaccares). Nancy became first in Class.
Expert came to me to congratulate and taped Nancy
approvingly on muzzle. Our lady wasn't able to
stand such unceremonious treatment and discontentedly
growled. For that she was immediately dismissed.

Of
course, I was greatly upset, and madam Graveleau
preached me about the temperament of cocker. I remembered
her words for my whole life.
Several years passed. On the show "Family and
Dog" was a judge from England - Jackie Rowland
(kennel Perrytree), and the honorary guest was Catherine
Jacquier-Graveleau
I
presented Ridl Happy Song Irene's (Sonya) , Nancy
and Fin Ch. Myrskytuuli Hambo's daughter. She
became the best bitch among juniors.
After the show Catherine Jacquier-Graveleau came
to me, and said that she remembered me and my
Nancy. She told me that she liked Sonya and gave
me a present I could only dream of. She presented"
Sonya a mating with red dog Beligar Happy Hour,
whom Catherine had bought in England

Strictly
speaking, that was the point where everything started.
In half a year I sent Sonya to Marcel for mating,
and in November 1995 she gave birth to 2 dogs and
3 bitches. Puppies were good and we decided to start
a serious work. You can appreciate it by visiting
our web-site.
From
the bottom of our hearts we want to thank everyone
who helped us on our way, those, without whom
we wouldn't be able to reach so high results.
Especially, Marina Malchevskaya,
Catherine Jacquier-Graveleau,
Jackie Rowland, Mary-Claude
and Michel Felicite and, of course, Tamas
Jakkel.
